These signs were created to provide a visual for patients to increase recall and safety with call button use. I know how this can be a common concern for patients with memory and safety awareness deficits. I like to collaborate with OT/PT and train staff, caregivers, etc., to educate on types of cues and use of visual supports to increase carryover outside of treatment and improve patient safety.  7 different types of call buttons are pictured that are commonly seen in SNFs/hospitals. All the call buttons used in this resource are pictured on the front page.  Each call button has six copies including different written cues that can be useful in various situations such as toileting, next to the bed, etc.   Two additional signs are included with stop sign icons instead of call buttons. I have found these visual supports truly helpful during treatment in various settings and I hope you do too!

Complete resource includes 46 pages.
